Clinical Assistant

With over 25 years of experience working within the caring profession in a variety of settings, I have supported people with a range of abilities and needs throughout this time. Throughout my 15 years of work for the community mental health team, I gained valuable experience in supporting patients with complex mental health needs.

I supported the nursing team with the care plan requirements which included assessment, MDT working and signposting to local supports. In doing this I have researched and found a variety of third sector agencies and developed good working relationships in this field. I have a personal interest in ADHD and Autism. I am delighted to be working in this field and to be part of a great team helping to support and raise awareness of these conditions.

I have been married to my best friend for over 30 years. I have 2 adult children and my favourite thing in the whole world is my Golden Labrador, Mac. In my spare time I enjoy yoga, long walks with my husband and my dog and spending time with family and friends.
