I have been working with ADHD Direct since August 2023 whilst studying BA (HONS) HR Management at the University of Stirling. I came from a Recruitment and compliance background, working as a Recruitment Consultant for a large agency and then as a Compliance Co-Ordinator for a private care company.

In my spare time, I play in a couple of bands, as a singer and bass player. I have a great passion for music and share this hobby with my closest friends and fiancé.
