ADHD Coach

PhD.c. MSc. MBPsS Psychologist

I am a Psychologist specialising in ADHD and a member of the British Psychology Society. I have a BSc in psychology and an MSc in Liaison Psychiatry from the University of Athens in Greece and at the moment I am in the final year of my PhD in mental health (research on ADHD and maltreatment) at the University of Glasgow. During my studies, I created the first support group for students with ADHD at the University of Glasgow. I have completed training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Trauma-Focused- CBT in European Organisations and recently I completed a COSCA counselling course in Scotland. I have clinical experience working with adults and children with various mental health conditions including ADHD in Greece and in Scotland, but I am focused on ADHD, and I have completed specialised courses: ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). When working with people who have ADHD I have two aims: a) help them to manage their ADHD symptoms and difficulties by creating a more functional daily routine and positive habits based on their unique needs and wishes, and b) increase awareness around ADHD and help people to learn more and not fear their ADHD.
