Counselling Support Now Available

Counselling offers a dedicated, confidential space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what you’re going through. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right, talking with a trained professional can be genuinely transformative. Research consistently shows that counselling helps people develop greater self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and create lasting positive change in their lives. It is not a sign of weakness to seek support — it is an act of courage and self-care. At its best, counselling empowers individuals to understand themselves more deeply, break unhelpful patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

We are delighted to introduce Iines Metsaniitty, a Trainee Counselling Psychologist completing her postgraduate training at Glasgow Caledonian University. Iines brings experience from NHS and third-sector settings, where she has supported individuals facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and neurodiversity-related challenges. She has a particular passion for working with ADHD and autism, shaped both by personal connection and clinical insight. Her approach integrates Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, always tailored to the unique needs of each individual, and she offers a warm, compassionate, and neuro-affirmative space where clients can explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and work towards meaningful personal goals.

As a trainee, Iines works under close, regular supervision from qualified psychologists, ensuring that all therapeutic work meets the standards of safe practice, ethical care, and ongoing professional development. This allows clients to receive thoughtful, well-supported therapy at an accessible rate of £35 per session.

If you’re looking for support and would value a collaborative, reflective, and well-supervised therapeutic space, we warmly invite you to get in touch and begin your journey.
