A reflection on what this award means to our team — and why it matters to every person we’ve ever supported.
We are delighted with the news that ADHD Direct have been named a winner of the 2026 SME Business Elite Awards.
Every day, we work with people who are trying to understand themselves better. People who’ve been waiting a long time for answers. People who might feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or just a bit lost. To be recognised for this kind of achievement reflects the bigger picture – that our teams care, understanding, and support really matters.
The Team Behind It All
This award recognises the entire team, from the clinicians who assess our patients, through to our admin team who assist patients from the minute they step through our door.
Our team show up every day, not just to do a job, but because they genuinely care and want to make a difference.
Our mission
To provide comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based assessment and treatment for individuals with ADHD and autism – empowering clients and families through personalised care, and increasing community awareness to reduce stigma and improve outcomes.
Our vision
A future where every individual with ADHD or autism is empowered to reach their full potential – where stigma is replaced by understanding, and where access to exceptional care transforms lives and builds a more inclusive society.
Living those values day to day means inclusivity that isn’t just a word on our website. It means a team that includes many neurodivergent members – people who have lived the confusion, the waiting, the self-doubt, the relief of finally having a name for something they’ve carried their whole lives. When a patient sits across from us feeling overwhelmed or scared or like nobody understands, we understand. Because we’ve been there too.
What we believe in
If you’ve been through the ADHD assessment process before, you’ll know it can feel confusing. Sometimes even overwhelming.
We’ve always wanted to do things differently.
- Be clear, not complicated
- Be human, not clinical
- Be supportive, not distant
We don’t see diagnosis as the end of the journey. It’s the start of something new. We’re here for what comes after, too.
A quick thank you
To everyone who’s been part of our journey – thank you.
Whether you’re a patient, a family member, or someone who’s supported us along the way, you’re the reason this means anything at all.
We’re really proud of this moment.
And we’re even more excited about what comes next.
