During holiday periods, pharmacy and courier services operate on adjusted schedules. To help ensure you receive your medication on time, we recommend placing prescription orders early and taking note of the key dates outlined below.
Key Easter Dates for Prescription Orders
Please review the following schedule carefully:
Tuesday 31 March 2026
Last day for receiving orders to guarantee delivery by Thursday 2 April 2026.
Wednesday 1 April 2026
Orders received on this date will be processed for one delivery attempt only on Thursday 2 April 2026.
Friday 3 April 2026 – Good Friday
ITH Health will be closed. No prescription processing or deliveries will take place.
Monday 6 April 2026 – Easter Monday
ITH Health will be closed. No prescription processing or deliveries will take place.
Tuesday 7 April – Friday 10 April 2026
Orders received during this period will be processed for delivery between Wednesday 8 April and Saturday 11 April 2026.
