Their team is experienced in handling ADHD-specific medications — including stimulants such as Methylphenidate Hydrochloride MR and Elvanse (Lisdexamfetamine Dimesylate) — and are well placed to manage the regulatory requirements that come with dispensing controlled drugs safely and efficiently.

How Does the Partnership Work?
Once your ADHD Direct clinician has ordered your medication, ITH Health takes care of the rest. Here’s what you can expect:
Order handling — Your order is sent directly to ITH Health, removing the need for you to organise collection or delivery yourself.
Medication delivery — ITH Health will supply and deliver your medication directly to your home address or address of choice, so you don’t have to make additional trips to a pharmacy.
Payment — ITH Health will contact you via email to arrange payment for your medication.
Support — If they need any additional information, their team will reach out to you by phone or email.
To facilitate this, ITH Health will have access to basic patient information, including your home address, email address, contact number, and medication details. This information is shared solely for the purpose of supplying and delivering your medication safely.
What If I’d Rather Use a Different Pharmacy?
We completely understand that every patient has different preferences. If you’d prefer to use our postal prescription option and collect your medication from a pharmacy of your choosing, that’s absolutely fine. Simply let us know on our Order JotForm and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
Why Does This Matter for ADHD Patients?

Can ITH Health deliver my medication?
ITH Health is unable to deliver medication to certain postcodes — please refer to the attached document to check whether your area is covered. Please also note that ITH Health does not deliver to Schools, GP Practices, Pharmacies or Hospitals.
