We’re delighted to share that ADHD Direct has been named the 2026 winner of the Altaris Health and Wellness Award for Best Mental Health Support.
This recognition is something we are incredibly proud of and reflects the continued commitment of our whole team to providing compassionate, accessible and patient-centred support for people with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental needs.
At ADHD Direct, we understand that accessing the right support can make a significant difference to a person’s wellbeing, relationships, education, work and everyday life. Our aim has always been to provide a service where patients feel listened to, understood and supported throughout their journey — from assessment and diagnosis through to treatment, medication management and ongoing care.
Recognition for our whole team
Receiving the Best for Mental Health Support 2026 award is a recognition of the work that happens across every part of ADHD Direct.
Our clinicians, nursing team, prescribing services, clinical support staff and administrative teams all play an important role in ensuring patients receive safe, responsive and compassionate care.
Behind every appointment, prescription, assessment and email is a team working together to make what can sometimes feel like a complicated process as straightforward and supportive as possible.
Continuing to improve
Over the past year, we have continued to develop our services, strengthen our clinical and operational processes and look for new ways to improve the experience of the people who use ADHD Direct.
While receiving an award is a wonderful milestone, our focus remains firmly on continuing to improve.
We will continue listening to patient feedback, developing our services and working to provide high-quality neurodevelopmental care that recognises each patient as an individual.
